My previous router didn’t not cover my house. This one has great coverage with no interruptions in service and allows for multiple devices. Great product!

I got this a while ago to make sure I would be set for wifi speed as far as streaming, gaming, etc. for a while. I've had this for over a year and a half and it has been great. The app is easy to use as well. I don't know the speeds off the top of my head, and they'll depend on your internet provider, but I have fiberoptic and this thing works like a charm.

We live in an older home where we have added on rooms. The W-Fy was not working correctly with our cable system so we have tried this. The W-Fy is working a little better in the one room we were looking to improve.

I paired this with an Arris router for my Comcast service and it works awesome. I get close to 90% of the speed on my wireless devices like iPad, laptops and iPhones vs a hard wired line. I was able to set up a guest network for a neighbor when his internet went down for a day and it gave him 10mbps vs my 50mbps. The range seems to reach 2 houses or more so coverage in my house is awesome.

Purchased this to replace an aging router. My internet speeds have increased nearly 200% and I can actually utilize the 200mbps that Comcast provides me.

Bought this to replace a netgear from 2006. Easy to set up, and gave a super fast connection. Been using it for a few months and no problems whatsoever.

My old Netgear router kept cutting out because of the newer products we use it for. This new Netgear router has not cut out on us ever. Great purchase

Just set it up so not a lot of experience yet but so far, great. Easy set up and when looking at what is connected, it looks like it is giving a correct representation of what is connected and how (eth, 2G, 5g).

This nighthawk router really does the job well. It has really amazing range and evenly disperses the connection to over 5 devices I have connected. The setup is a no brainer, took me no longer than 10 minutes.

I bought the Router on February 10th 2016. Power failure on March 7th, 2016. I give it two stars ONLY because it was an absolutely amazing router when it worked. I could go anywhere in my home, Upstairs, ground floor, basement and even outside over 60 feet away from the router and still keep connectivity. But sadly it died on me suddenly. Just quit. It's covered under Netgears warranty so I will be getting a new one.

I had a netgear N600 and the 2.4Ghz channel speed went down to 0.05 Mb per sec. I was never happy with that router as devices would drop off wifi all the time and the range was never great for my house. Because I have Arlo and netgear extenders I tried to stay with that brand when I purchased this one. It was easy to set up and everything worked as advertised. Great range and speed. Even though the thing looked ridiculous in my living room because it is Huge with the antennas I was happy because it worked. Then the problems started. I tried to connect my DIRECTV receiver to the new router over Wifi and the router shut off and restarted. I thought maybe it was a one off. The router then got worse and just kept restarting over and over. I looked it up on forums and apparently this is a common problem. The 2.4Ghz channel not working on the N600 is also a common Netgear problem. I probably could have fixed it if I spent a day working on it but who wants to fix a brand new router. I decided to return it, cough up the extra money, and buy a Linksys Velop. I have never been happier with my Wifi. Netgear has lost a loyal customer.

I made the mistake of purchasing another brand router instead of a Netgear router. The other router was awful, so luckily Best Buy took it back and this Netgear router works great. I have not had one single problem with it since I bought it a little over a month ago. I never have to worry about not connecting or losing my internet connection with this router.

My first Netgear router after being a loyal Cisco Linksys customer with my first two routers. Nothing against Linksys, but options in the current availability of routers led me to the Netgear Nighthawk X4S AC2600 as the best bang for the buck. Everything I hoped for and more. It was even easy to connect my 12 year old laser printer to the home network. Would buy it again.

Great equipment fast internet does not drop signal and it is reliable.

Had to replace my router after it broke, picked up a number of routers before this one with many disappointments. Finally picked up this router and it was the only one that had the speed coverage, and customizability I was looking for. The only thing I wish it did was to have the ability to pass configured DNS settings onto connected computers.

I like this router. It's really fast and works flawlessly. It has several useful features. It has built in VPN support and a traffic meter.

I love this router, it has fantastic range and you can configure virtually every aspect of your Internet connection including use of a VPN.

Can't go wrong with it, simple setup, great coverage, amazing speed.
