After using an Orbi mesh RBR50 system for about 6 years with excellent service it was a no-brainer to purchase this new Orbi mesh system to take care of our WiFi needs. The setup was very easy and quick. The WiFi signal is seamless even outside of the house and Orbi is in my opinion the best mesh WiFi system you can buy.

I wanted to have an excellent signal anywhere within my home and also on my deck This really worked well for me. However, setting up the satellite was a bit annoying. It seemed straightforward, but it tock several attempts before it worked. Also, the color of the lights on the units didn't match the instructions.

I replaced a 5-year old Orbi system with this one, as we had approached the limits of connected devices and bandwidth. This new one is quick, slick, and has a lot of headroom for our needs (2 people working from home, streaming-only TV, smart home system, etc.) As a bonus, it is stronger and covers out past the extents of my property. Especially for the price I paid, it is excellent.

I am very happy to have switched from renting my cable modem and wi-fi router from Cox and purchasing my own. While I had some difficulties getting it set up initially, the Netgear support team was awesome in walking me through what I had to do to get my system up and running. Thanks, Gary

Bought this because we have went through a couple brands and all single piece routers. Our router is in the basement and we dont get the best internet on main floor. I added the 2nd piece to the main floor and now we have full signal on both floors. Looks nice and blends in on the bookshelf. Happy with the purchase.

Once I got it set up, the range and speed are fantastic. Took awhile for me to get it set up to replace my previous router since i wanted to use the same SSID as my old router so I didn’t need to reconnect all 30+ of my devices. Do wish you could set up a specific SSID for 2.4ghz though. I had to re-install my old extender and used that as my dedicated 2.4ghz network so many of my household devices could connect.

My second WiFi system. This one is great as well. Easy setup and user friendly app. Performance has been great for months now. Would highly recommend.

I had an older version ORBI mesh system for over 6 years (great service), but needed to upgrade to WiFi 6 standards for specific reasons. Setup is straightforward and easy; system just works without a lot of "tweaking"; and the range matches what Netgear advertises for this system. Very happy and pleased,

Fast set up right out of the box. Took only 10 minutes to get everything up and running. All my devices connected quickly. Fast and stable wifi connection throughout the house and the garage.

My internet provider sent a technician out to my house because my internet speed wasn’t what I was paying for. He said it was my WiFi system. I already had a Orbi router so I thought I would update it. I did and it made all the difference in the world. Easy to set up .

I bought the ORBI MESH SYSTEM CABLE MODEM in Mid November 2024. My internet Provider is Cable One. It was running very smooth till Feb 2025(for about 3 months). After then the Modem started getting offline frequently. sometime 3-4 times in a week. I contacted Cable one(service provider) to see if the issue is on their side. They say the problem is not o their end and suggest contacting Modem Manufacturer. I tried contacting Netgear but i could never get their help. I spent $318.00 for one Modem and Sattelite. I am regretting now on my purchase. I do not recommend getting this device.

Very impressed with this purchase! The power of the Orbi is great! We have access throughout the whole house and basement without any dead spots!! Impressive!!

I love this system. Recently upgraded since my old one was giving me problems.. easy to set up and really strong signal. I love it.
