Not a great product

I got this as an extender but turned out to be more hassle than a good solution. Keeps inhibiting the main modem, and does not let cell phones connect to it's connection. Returning it.

Disappointed in the return policy

I was unable to return the one I purchased to best buy and and am now stuck with an unused item that is useless to me. This will make me think twice and to read the small print before my next purchase from Best Buy.

Signal Not Strong

After purchasing this item I was disappointed because the signal was constantly dropped/disconnected. It may work better for others but didn't work well for me. Could have been a difference in location.
