It helped us to extend our internet coverage to other rooms. A must have, if you have range extension issues.

I'm not using it to extend my WiFi. I'm using it to connect an old computer to my WiFi network. Setup was easy, with nice clear instructions included. The device has been working great with very fast speeds, much better than the little USB WiFi antenna I had been using.

I got this extender to see if it would strengthen my signal to parts of my house where it was weak. It was easy to connect to my network and has led lights to indicate proper function. The low price makes it a good first time unit.

The Netgear extension WIFI is a simple and cost effective way to extend an existing WIFI. It plugs into an outlet and the setup is easy. This one was a 2nd unit used to balance the WIFI in a large house space. Works well with HD TV connections for NETFLIX where TV's are spread throughout the house.

It’s a decent product for the price it does give a great signal and is perfect since I got my modem in the basement of my house and I’m on the first floor

Allows my phone to receive a stronger signal in parts of my house that are on a different floor from my modem and router. It costs less than upgrading my existing hardware.

I like it. It's small and just plugs into a wall outlet wherever you need coverage. If I want to use my iPad out in the back hard, I just plug this puppy in to an outlet by the back door and I can go anywhere in my back yard and even several of the neighbors and have coverage. It was easy to set up and very convenient.

Gets lots of use in my rental unit. Doesn't take up much space. Like that's it's white and not black. Great price

I actually bought this for a friend who was having trouble getting his wifi at one end of his house because his router was at the opposite end of the house. I was able to set this up in the middle of his house and now he's got great wifi signal thru his whole house.

This is a really great product. It extends your range and keeps the signals from fading or dropping. Love it!

Living in an apartment with shared wifi and my unit is furthest from the router. Got this great extender and almost doubled my download speed. It was also super easy to set up. Less than five minutes with easy to follow instructions and I was Netflix and chillin again. Highly recommended!

I wanted wifi in another room where my security camera box is set up. All I needed was the extender, instead of upgrading my wifi and paying more money every month.

have a detached cottage in the back yard and the signal was weak. This boosted the signal so that its as strong as it is in the house and we are able to stream videos without interruption. The only down side was I had to get someone to link it up to my router, as I am not that tech savvy.

Needed a small range extender for added coverage for the back of my home. This was easy to set up and works like a charm.

With the exception of it going out a few times, it works really well. I've had to relocate it a few times to find the best location. But it has worked well in at least 3 different spots

I purchased this because my Roku tv in the master bedroom was hardly getting a wifi signal. The router is located downstairs on the other side of the house, I plugged this in snooty halfway between upstairs, setup was a breeze, full signal strength.

I bought this extender to get wifi in the back house and it works pretty good the speeds are pretty decent also

I had issues using devices outside, on the patio and deck. This unit, placed in an outlet on the outside wall definitely fixed the problem. It was easy to set up to extend my existing wifi network and has performed very well.

I have a Netgear router so I bought this one after seeing so many positive reviews. I plugged it into a wall outlet in the kitchen and used a cable to connect in from my laptop. Got it setup and running in less than 5 minutes and now have full bars at the other end of the house. The only reason I gave it a lower rating on ease of use is because the address they give you, in the manual and online, do not work. I wanted to see the settings after it was up and running and so far no luck. I think I'm going to have to use a cable whenever I want to look at those. But it has been running constantly since it was plugged in, no drops, no loss of signal, everything runs great. Laptops, Xbox, my TV (streams movies!) - everything.
