Easy to set up and it extended my wifi reach another 50 feet from where original connection is setup.

This was the least expensive of the units I looked at-needed something to cover my yard as I mowed and shoveled snow. Wanted to keep Iheart radio from cutting out as it switched from 4g to Wi-Fi on my noise cancelling headphones. As the least expensive, was a little concerned about the Wi-Fi signal strength at the outer reaches of the yard---was prepared to go up to the next level--not needed. Lot is 150 ft wide and 300 ft deep. Works great as is!!

Purchased to help bridge my Wifi connection in my gaming basement. Set up was simple, and having a line-out on this wall unit to connect a gaming console or PC is a nice addition. Have had no disconnects or drops since installing about a month ago. The only drawback is that this will not let allow your Wifi connection to run at its full speed, but I am still getting speeds of 50 down and 25 up, which is more than sufficient.

I wish I would have discovered this product sooner. We are limited to where we can have our router set up in the house that we are renting. Which caused some WiFi reception issues with some of our older laptops. Now we have the Netgear Range Extender set up on the opposite side of the house as the router and now everyone is able to connect with no limitations. Also, it was an easy set up and easy to connect to which is the most important part.

I bought this wi fi range extender because I had a very weak signal on both floors of one side of my house. Its an older structure with cinder block and concrete walls. I plugged the extender into an outlet in my garage and it provides an excellent signal for the previous dead spots. The only drawback is that you have to select the new .ext network that is created by the device. But once you set your passwords it not much of an issue.

Excellent product does what it is supposed to. It gets wifi to the areas I needed . Easy to set up.

This is easy to setup and really extends your wireless. I have this in the basement.

Had a dead area in my basement. All my other network gear is Cisco/Linksys, and I considered sticking with the same product line. The Netgear's specs were compatible, and I needed something with a wired ethernet port, and the price was right, so I bought it. Got home, plugged it in, hit the button to get it added to the network, and just like that I'm working from the basement. Getting the same throughput as the Linksys range extender in the kitchen. Phones and laptops connect to it with no effort. Haven't had to touch it since. Almost too easy, like the title says.

THis particular device works great for me. I have a basement entertainment setup, but didnt want to run a thousand ft of ethernet to my ps4 and other media. i bought this gizmo. plugged it into an outlet near my surge Prot. and it gives off a nice beefy signal.

Our modem's WIFI was having trouble getting through our 16 inch thick brick walls. This NETGEAR product solved the problem and provides excellent WIFI to our SmartTV approximately 50 ft away from it. Very easy to set up following the included instructions. From a visual perspective, it is compact and "cute" so no detraction from your room's decor.

This works as hoped. My sister had an Internet dead zone on the other side of her house (both upstairs and down) This extender brought the wifi signal to those areas but it's not super fast and occasionally cuts out. All in all though, has vastly improved her life.

It does improve my coverage greatly. Pretty easy and straight-forward to set-up.

Easy to install/configure and very effective. I'm pleased with the product and performance.

This is a very good unit. It repeats the router signal in places in the house that had no or very weak signal before. I am not very literate about programming routers and such, so I had a little trouble with the instructions on setting up the repeater. It also has a nice power feature. Simply plug it into any AC outlet in the affected area. Also, it will automatically restores to operating after a power outage.

Set this up using an existing phone company modem/access point. It took a bit longer than the instructions said, but once it was set up, I had much better access in the far side of our house. All wireless devices work much better with no drop offs, specially those that stream video/audio. It is like I had one bar before and now have 3-4 bars. A week later, the existing modem failed and I replaced it with a modem/access point of the same brand as the WI-FI range extender. This time, the setup was a breeze: just pushed a button on the WI-FI range extender, pushed one on the router and within 2 minutes, all was done.

Easy to set up, plug in to outlet anywhere. Improvement is like night & day.

Reviewed this item and compared it to many other products on the market. There are many other products with better transfer rates not to mention the new WiFi for super fast hardcore gamers, but for my use of laptops, tablets, and cell phones, it works great. Super easy setup didn't break the bank. Once again it was cheaper, but not by much, on amazon, but since it was a third party member, yall know the deal.
