Takes some gigging

It works now but not by me plugging it in and using directions included. It is not consumer friendly Better instructions and it would be 5 star It

May be good, but, didn't fit my requirement

The laptop is in a separate building that is 350' from the router. I needed a device that could extend the range of my router. There is no available structure between the laptop and the router where I could have the range extender reside.

It is easy to use but just didn't give me what I wanted. If you have a smaller house it probably is a great buy, but for larger houses not so much.

Netgear extender works

We went to BB and had a GREAT advisor there who like our approach and recommended the Netgear. We took it home, placed it in a good location, and it improved the signal to her office immensely. We really like it and the price is right. Highly recommend starting this way before investing in a mesh.
