Great Wireless Extender

Did what it said it would do
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to extend a Comcast "all in one triple play cable modem / router"...because the Comcast WIFI signal strength was bad. This extender connected to the Comcast router, but the Comcast router signal strength would still drop, and cause issues. Ended up returning the extender and buying a Netgear WIFI router, and putting the Comcast unit in gateway mode. If it wasn't for Comcast's lousy router, I this extender would have been perfect.

We have had it about a year and used it about half a dozen times. Even though it's not weather proof, I have been able to plug it in and put it under the frame of the camper. Setting it for the campground networks has been easy. Even with the insulated metal camper we can go from a weak campground signal to a strong signal inside. It sets reasonably easy - as long as I remember my password... lol.

Great Product and Great Customer Service

Very frustrating! I chatted online with a representative and he was fantastic! Recommended the extender. I ordered online and a half an hour or so later was ready for pickup!!! Way to go Best Buy!
