We bough this and it has helped but not 100% of the time.

Easy setup, good range

Not very reliable.

The signal would come and go. Caused more headache to switch from router to extender as I moved through out the house.

Before we were having trouble watching Netflix in the media room upstairs so we put the the range extender at the top of the stair case and it solved the problem. Set up was easy and haven't had any issues.
