I never had an issue with speed in my basement. When the wifi was connected it always delivered good speed. My issue was that the signal was weak which caused the wifi to lose connection very often. All I can say is after one day of use I am impressed. I have connected several cellphones and my Amazon firestick. The network signal on my firestick went from always "fair" to "very good." So far it works as advertised.

Wfi extends to garage from my router in the basement.

Needed to boost Wi-Fi for a wireless Roku Soundbar that was too far from router to work ok. Have Ethernet in the room where I used this booster, plugged booster into Ethernet, then set up the Wi-Fi broadcast name etc. Roku soundbar is wireless only (not a good review for that) but with this booster, it makes the soundbar function well.

need to extand my wifi singal to areas that didn't have coverage & this device helped with the weak spots in my house.

We have a two story house and some areas upstairs has weak signal. This extender works well in getting signal upstairs.

This extender is exactly what I was looking for. It throws my wifi to just about anywhere I need it to on my property.

It does not seem to make my connection signal any stronger for the internet.

I live in an apartment that has a lot of metal on the walls and this helps with receiving signal anywhere

My son had trouble getting a good connection/strength in his room. Easy installation and he hasn't had trouble since.

This is my second extender purchased. It is a trusted brand and trouble-free setup and use.

Some difficulty with instructions. The positioning of the device is critical.

I had hoped it would extend the range without setting up a separate SSID, like other extenders, but that was not the case. Otherwise, it works as promised, giving very strong connections in areas of my hose with little or no connectivity to my wireless router.

When it works it works well. Acts like it is trying to catch up to main router.

I needed this device to extend my Wi-Fi into the garage. Works perfect, exceptionally reliable.

As one of the cheaper options, it does pretty well. I have bought two of them, and only have minor issues at times.
