It’s small and easy to setup and helped the WiFi signal but wasn’t a huge difference

The Net Gear Range Extender works as advertised. It is easy to set up and works well.

This was a Great purchase for the money!! It helps extend my signal to the other side of my house.

We were about to have a tech company drill holes to drop another Ethernet line to another office down the hall. The computer was using wifi to connect to the net and it was a very weak signal since it was pretty far away from the modem. I figured I would try this $40 fix first AND IT WORKED! It was a little tricky to set up, it took me a few tries but when I finally got it going it worked perfectly.

Great product. The setup was very easy and it was up and running within minutes.

I currently use this device to play Xbox One using the rj-45 jack on the side ... works like a charm

This WiFi extender has been a great add on to my WiFi service. Easy to hook up and use.

Using my extender while writing this review on-line. The product effectively extended my wireless to the other side of my 2400 sq ft house. The set-up was not as simple as expected and the LED's were slow to be engaged at times but those items were overcome. Over-all, a decent enough product.

I tried using this device two ways...the first way I attempted to use it was as an extender. I plugged it into the wall and set it up to extend from my WiFi network and it did extend the network, but significantly lost speeds. It was about a third slower than my router alone was able to deliver we in the same location. The second way I used it was wired to my network but it was slow as well. The bottom line is this...if you are looking to extend your network this will do the job for low internet speeds, but don't count on using this for high speed needs like video or video games.
