However, the technician who came to my home suggested this inexpensive item and voila - I can finally get my wi-fi to reach my TiVo! There were a few complications when installing (I don't think the directions said it won't work on 5G) but I was able to get help on their support line. This solved so many problems!

Did it’s job except for weak WiFi signal

Case and point, if your signs is complete crap, don’t bother buying this.

Not the product for my needs

Using this would have put the Ring on a different network than all my other Amazon devices, so I had to return it.
