We LOVE our new Vuzone system. It was SUPER easy to install. We had to delay our installation until we got U-Verse installed. We were accessing the internet via a broadband modem and the Vuzone requires an actual ethernet connect to work. The App for the phone is very slick, you can view the cameras from anywhere simply by logging onto the App. Photo quality is excellent. The camera can either take a snap shot, video, or just view real time. Just installed so I will send an update after we have played with them awhile, but as of now, it couldn't have been easier and we love them. Already want to add an additional camera!

I purchased this to replace my X10 system of 7 cameras, inside and out, while this does not compare to the x10 systems, i am still rather disappointed by the image quality and the email alerts rarely work as addressed. I travel quite a bit and we vacation a few times year. I consider this product inadequate for my needs and will be replacing with a better quality product.

I love my new VueZone system . I set it up to monitor activity at my front door. It was a snap to set up as soon as I realized that my cable modem was not my wireless rotor! LOL It's comforting to know I can monitor my entrance.

The picture quality is great. Easy to setup account which allows access through smart phone. Cameras are not mounted to one location allowing you to move throughout home or business. Would highly recommend this for any homeowner or small business owner.

The Netgear VueZone system is a phenomenal concept with amateur execution and back end design. First, the registration process was a disaster with their webpage throwing a Server Soap error after creating a username. Had to call Customer Service which is overseas and inept at dealing with the most basic of problems. Cross your fingers if you ever have to call and if you do, immediately ask to be transferred to a manager or second tier support level. Next, once I finally was registered I was very disappointed with the frame rate and video resolution. I didn't expect HD quality but I also didn't expect a measly 4 frames per second either! The video stream lag was horrendous and literally was more than 15 seconds behind. i would wave my hand in front of the camera and 15 seconds later i would see my hand wave on the webpage. There have been countless times when my Base Station went offline and required me to unplug and re-plug in power. This was especially discomforting when i was away on vacation and couldn't access my cameras because the Base Station was offline. I relied on these cameras for peace of mind and security of myself and my family and it has been a huge disappointment and waste of money. The mobile apps for iPad, iPhone and Android are awful and often times don't allow me to login. When I am able to login I can't even disable or enable motion detection 90% of the time. Even though it says it's enabled/disabled it doesn't work. I continue to get hundreds of emails when i disabled motion detection from all three apps. Customer Support said I had to login to the website to disable motion! What's the point of the apps then!?!?!? I would never recommend this product to anyone, ever until Netgear gets their act together and fixes these issues. There are many other better products on the market that don't have these bugs and are comparably priced. Dropcam, Belkin, Foscam all have similar models that don't require expensive service plans or have all these bugs.

Simple to set up. Easy to use. Dependable and economical. Best money that I've spent in a good while.

Ser up was simple, cameras small and discretw, but that is about the end of the positives. While the motion sensors do work, the frame rate is way to slow to be of use as a security camera. Just about every picture and video are blurred beyond recognition.

Don't waste your $$$$, buy a better system, and tech support sucks you can't understand them..
