I heard about this product from a co-worker and after online research I immediately invested and I have not been disappointed by the service and the ease of use.

I like the device because I can connect anywhere. I got a good deal on it and I will also lower my phone bill.

I bought this to get rid of cable internet bills. But realized the 2 year contract would not sync with my phone contract-- I will consider another phone carrier next contract that has better 4G coverage in my area and perhaps try a hotspot at that time instead. Returned this one--3G can't keep up!! This is no fault of product-- but it is attached to phone carrier whether you like it or not.

This aircard replaced an older model. I like the touch screen and can tell what is connected without having to plug into my computer.

It works about 40 to 50% of the time when you're out and about. Although there are many times when you're sending a picture or even texting, that it won't send and kicks it back until you get into a stronger Wi-Fi.

Very nice replacement for my previous Sprint Hotspot.

Purchasing this item has made it more flexible to where we can get on the internet with our IPad.

The aircard itself isn't a bad product, it's easy to set up and use, a lot More reliable than its predecessor, and seems to be built well. However, Sprint service has become useless, as far as its data is concerned, 3G as well as 4G is almost no existent on this unit and my phone in my area contrary to what Sprint claims. I'm currently trying to get out of my contract over "breach of contract" for their poor service so I can go to Verizon, a much faster and more reliable service.

I have had this hotspot for about 30 days now. the 4glte and spark networks are great. i love my new hotspot

This item doesnt work well while moving. It sometimes goes from 4G to 2G instantly. Also, Sprint should alert you before you reach your limit, instead, they notify you after you have exceeded your limit.

Never new it would work that fast.love the display.

First time accessing the internet this way but it gives great family access where ever we are.

Although in store set-up was Very time consuming, it ended up being worth it. This equipment is easy to use and is very powerful. I don't go ANYWHERE without it!

Works as expected everywhere in Sprint coverage area

Great Hotspot I had the old Sprint hotspot and in my area it ran pretty slow this new one runs faster even though all You can get in my area is 3G

Really bad and slow with service and also. The service is poor.

It can be used anywhere. Its small and compact. It works well when i travel to different towns.

Needed to upgrade from old 3G unit. Is very easy to operate

I enjoy using this device. No issues at all. Lets me work where ever i want.
