Horrible Device

I purchased this device against my better judgement and ended up returning it a week later. The service from Sprint was horrible and the device barely worked as it was always searching for service. I ended up buying a Tmobile brand and service and it is night and day. Thing works like a champ. Don't buy this one.

Do not bother wasting time! Never got it working - even after a visit to Sprint store! Cancelled and purchased another carrier's product - up and running within 3 minutes.

Worked great for the first few days then couldn't get it to connect...returned it ASAP, Sprint gave us some bogus story about not being able to access 3G network in the Roanoke area. Activated a Verizon hotspot instead - MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

Don't expect this device to last more than 3 months. I have had 6 of these not worth it. The battery keeps dying and will not charge.

Sprint has the worst customer service. Best buy is right behind them.

Picked this up today as a backup. I work from home and need to have a hi-speed connection. I live in the sticks, so my hi-speed options are satellite (sucks) or Motorola Canopy through a rural provider. The latter works great, but lightning will sometimes take out the tower sometimes. I have a 3g hotspot which works, but the speed is marginal.
I read the reviews on the and decided to give it a try.
I was impressed. I live on the fringe of a LTE area. This device barely got one LTE signal bar, but my ping, download and upload results exceeded what I usually get from my internet provider. One thing that bugs me a lot, though, is that best buy cannot sell you a mobile device online, then let you pick it up and activate it at home. It took them about 30 minutes to work me in because of them being overwhelmed with the f***ing Iphone preorders. Geez! I don't even buy into the Iphone overhype, and I cannot escape it. Hey BB, how about at least one line dedicated to mobile buyers who buy products for function, not fashion?

I like the convenience of using Internet wherever I go but sometimes the service lags and it's like using dial up

I wanted to be able to access the internet at the office with my own device (a newly purchased Samsung tablet). I was concerned that the connection wouldn't be reliable in my office building but I haven't had a single issue. The hot spot has worked very well. My tablet gets great response on the internet, couldn't be happier.
