The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing our audio-visual!

Adam came to my house to attempt to have a wireless speaker work with my stereo system. In this way, I could take the speaker to other rooms and outside to have music playing or listen to what was being broadcasted on the TV. It took him a while to determine what the problem was but within an hour, it was discovered that I had installed a wi-fi extender that was interferring with the speaker working properly. Excellent job. Thanks!

The Geek Squad technician was very helpful and installed everything to my satisfaction . He then took an inordinate amount of time to explain, re-explain and explain again how to operate my system. He (Josh) was VERY patient and understanding about my lack of technological skills.

The agent was quick witty and even set up my remote so i didnt have to use 3 remotes. I can run the sound bar and tv from my cable provider remote. Its great!! Showed me how to use the app and run the sound bar. Great service! Would definitely recommend Geek Squad to anyone! Well worth it!

I am a recent purchaser of the Sonos system. The cabinet that I keep it in seems to restrict the signal from the hub to the Logitech Harmony remote. Many times I have to open the cabinet door in order to get the signal to the hub from the remote. It is somewhat frustrating to have to do that and takes away from the aesthetics of the whole system
