Everything was set up good only problem I had to make a 100 and forty sum dollar before setup when I paid Everything at the store it was additional charge glad I was at the service address because the was a gift for my daughter

Great job installing and setting up this unit and helping to understand its operation.

The guys took their time and ensured all systems worked before they left. They spent almost 90 minutes for a 20 minute job. The issue was of course the Sonos app! But they kept at it till my system was setup and working as intended!! Even though it was making heir day very long.

The Geek Squad completed every aspect of our set-up, including mounting the TV and soundbar to the TV mount, as well as the wireless subwoofer. No way we could have done this without them! Well worth the cost!

Geek squad terrible home service. Did show on time on 1st appt. 4-7pm showed up 8:45pm did not complete installation. 2 appts rescheduled 2nd appointment 4-7pm called 7:15pm said not coming & hung up. I returned sound bar request full Refund

They rescheduled me twice so I rescheduled them and canceled
