I've never seen this movie until I bought it and was very happy with my purchase this is a good film with a great story.

Old movies in blu ray or 4k always make them more entertaining. It felt just like the movie was when it was released.

1990s gangster and drug yarn with a period hip-ho[p soundtrack for those who care. Extras are good.

I think Wesley Snipes played a good role in New Jack City

Any fans of Wesley Snipes should pick this up, easily my favorite movie of his next to Demolition Man, disc menus are pretty basic but the movie itself looks fantastic and sounds great! Also has a commentary, 3 featurettes, 3 music videos, a theatrical trailer and a Mario Van Peebles parody. And at this price you can't go wrong!

When you ask what is the one movie that made Wesley Snipes a household name this one is it! His portrayal of a New York City Drug Dealing gangster is legendary and scary at the same time. The colors and sound are both good in this Blu-Ray transfer.

My review is for the blu ray transfer of this film and the blu ray product it's self. The transfer is very authentic and filmic and is great looking. The special features are also very good and plentiful making it even more worth buying. If you are thinking about buying this blu ray... do it! You won't regret it.

i would put this movie up there with classics like boyz in the hood and menace II society. one of ice t's first roles in a movie. still alil weird to see him playing a cop, after the controversy with his cop killer heavy metal album

Wesley Snipes is the MAN, has always been. He is a natural actor, a dedicated man. Wesley is the truth. He plays every movie perfectly. This is a classic movie for everybody's collection

This movie depicts the fallout of the Crack epidemic in our country that plagued the 90's so heavily. For many it is seen as a Hood classic because many of my ethnicity were able to see this first hand.
