    We are truly enjoying this cooler. Quiet, holds temperature, well made,the racks take a little bit of figuring out to remove for larger bottles.

    Makes weird noises multiple times per day

    We just recently bought this wine fridge, and within the first couple days of setting it up it started making really loud moaning, whining and grinding noises that sounds like the fridge is dying. They seem to happen every time the fan comes on, which is at least 10x/day. We took a video of the noise and sent it to NewAir customer support, just to be told these noises are "normal" and there is nothing they can do about it. I searched product descriptions and other reviews, and nowhere were these noises mentioned. I would avoid purchasing this product and get a different brand, ideally non dual-zone if you can help it. We bought it under the pretense that we'd be able to increase the temperature of the top zone for red wines (we have way more reds than whites) but it won't let you increase it past 50 degrees Fahrenheit?! Silly design. Let people put their wine at the temperature they want. The racks are also quite small and have a difficult time holding larger bottles. Looks pretty, but otherwise not high quality for the price.

    Cheap wine fridge stay away

    Unit has two cooling sections. Top section performs well but bottom section will not cool lower than 59-60. Newaire replaced the product and guess what, replacement unit still does not cool better than 59-60. Newaire has now gone silent on me. Secondarily, the shelving is poor and some bottles will scrape with the shelve above it and may damage your wine label. I have to hold selve above when inserting a bottle to minimize scraping. A real disappointment.

    Perfect for all wine including other beverages.

    Most of my wine bottles fit on the wooden racks. Larger bottles can be accommodated by removing a shelf. Great size for wine and other beverages, such as beer and wine coolers.

    I was a little disappointed. I had spoken to a rep of the manufacturer before purchasing this who said the legs had 5 inches of adjustment. Based on that I bought this item which was an inch and a half short of our existing opening. On a follow-up call I was told that there was only an inch of play and it should not be raised any higher for proper airflow. Now I'm stuck kludging something together to get the top of the cooler aligned with my other appliances. I haven't really had it long enough to know if it will perform well.

    Fantastic product...very easy to load and store varying bottle sizes. Dual zones are accurate and simple to operate. While a bit more expensive, it is worth every penny.

    So far, so good! I have had the wine fridge a couple of weeks and everything is working as promised. The two zones temperature control seems good. My only real problem is that it’s costing a lot of money filling the thing, 160 bottles is a lot of wine!

    VERY BAD DELIVERY PEOPLE. NOT BEST BUYS FAULT.

    The wine fridge works well, and has been working since we got it inside the house. The delivery people that delivered this, 3rd party, not Best Buy's people were absolutely horrible. I mean HORRIBLE. LEAVING THIS OUTSIDE MY FRONT DOOR, WITH NO OFFER TO GET IT IN THE ENTRY WAY. NO HELP, NOTHING. THEY WERE LOUSY, AND I DO FEEL THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED THE DELIVERY FEES.

    Wine chillers look great but does not regulate temperature. Not sure if we got a lemon or if they are not very good. Best Buy does provide excellent service!

    I recently built a new home, & after to the fact wished I had included a wine cellar! So I found this wine refr on line, but decided to purchase it at Best Buy because they would deliver & set it up for free! They even price matched the online price! I like Best Buy! Plus, over a year later, this wine refr us doing a perfect job as I expected!

    I am overall thrilled i wish there were more racks that Pinot bottles would fit and the wood is not as study as my other cabinet but for the price i am overall pleased with the purchase.

    I still didn’t get my wine cooler and it’s been months. It showed up and had a hole in it and was sent back and never heard anything since!!

    Does Not Regulate Temperature

    Great looking wine cooler; however within the first month of owning, it no longer can regulate temperature. Spoke to the manufacturer, and they advised me it would need a whole new temperature control, and needed to be shipped back to the facility. We will be looking for another brand.
