Seems to work just fine. But this unit came banged up even though it was listed as new. 2 of the 5 shelves came cracked. Not scratched. Not warped. Straight up cracked wood (they seem to be really cheap quality). The unit itself also seemed to have dents on the top right side, and bottom. The dents were both visible outside and inside (the unit had spots dented inward and looked warp). We may try to exchange our unit and try our luck with another one.

My wife and I did a lot a research for the right wine cooler for our need. This dual zone unit works great to store different types of wine at the temperature best for either reds or whites. One thing to remember is the is a cooler not a fridge so, don't expect to store other beverages and have them be ice cold. Oh and yes, the blue light shows off your collection with style :-)

Easy to install, so far temp is ok. And very silent

This replaced a firidgadare wine cooler that broke after 15 years. I looked all the choices to replace it that were a similar size. Most cost thousands of dollars or were very poorly rated. This had dual zone controls. The best thing, is that this one runs quieter than the old one. We haven't even heard the compressor turn on. The downside is that it is a special order for best buy. But it arrived sooner than expected.

Standard size unit, with the vents in the front for counter-mounting. Locks, and dual-done feature are handy. Ordered in store, and it arrived within 5 days from the manufacturer. Store matched the price of the manufacturers website, so that was helpful.

It was a nice fridge and fit the space perfectly but fridge arrived badly damaged…twice. Both had to be returned. Best Buy blamed it on ups, but it was such a pain to have to load up and return. The second time I had delivered to Best Buy for pick up. Luckily I asked the to remove the box and discovered the damage before loading.

We bought this cooler when we remodeled our kitchen and wanted to add something a little nicer. We have had a good experience ao far. Fit great under our counters. Perfect for 24" wide space. We would buy it again, especially since the next level up is roughly twice as expensive. Our only negatives (and none of them are bad enough for us to not like the cooler): - wish the racks would come out a bit farther, easier - no good way to handle large format bottles w/o removong a shelf - wish white wine section was the larger section OR red wine section didn't have to be 10 degrees higher - section temperatures are not remembered after power loss - can hear compressor cycle on and off, but it is no louder than our main fridge Overall, we are very happy.

Building a house and needed a wine chiller for my wine closet. Nothing big but enough. This is perfect. It’s very classy looking with the blue lighting which is very elegant. Love love! Temp is split perfectly for reds and whites.

Wonderful...for 7 1/2 days and then the lower thermostat read 99F, the compressor wouldn’t turn off, and the red wine got much too cold. Luckily with a few clicks of the mouse I was able to return it, although we did have to load the 125lb thing in the car and take it back to Best Buy. Look, the price was good, the design was nice, but for $900 it was overpriced. When it comes to wine coolers (and this was not our first), you get what you pay for. Onwards to GE Cafe or Thermador.

Incredible wine fridge! I really like the dual zone and the light is a nice touch. Tough to find a better alternative at the same price point.

Delivered in good condition-well protected in shipping container. Fan very quiet and both zones hold remp settings constant. Only had it for a few weeks, so we’ll see long term

It looks great and can accommodate 42 bottles easily.

This is a great unit, the best part is that I was able to fit it in the hole that my broken cooler was before it died. looks great, a real updated look and it has 2 temperature inside the unit upper level keeps white wine very nicely cool, bottom for red wine is also perfect and yes, it holds 46 bottles exactly! Hope it lasts as long as my other cooler lasted!!!

We have now had this cooler for two months with no problems to date. It is quiet and does a good job with the 2 different cooling temperatures. The shelves are wood and could be built better. They do not slide smoothly but will hold the required maximum bottle storage. All In all a good buy!

Love it so far.. still need to figure how to get,46 bottles in.. Lights are really cool... look is awesome. Also came in earlier than expected,which was awesome!

Very nice fridge. Looks extremely appealing and adds to my home. The fridge keeps wine chilled nicely.

The height of this wine refrigerator (33”), the fact that it holds 3+ cases of wine, and that it locks, were the most important selling points for us. We needed a shorter appliance that could fit under our cooktop, and that’s hard to find unless it holds a very small number of bottles. Our only con at this point is that the shelves are hard to pull out when holding wine, and larger bottles are pretty hard to fit in a shelf.

Works well. No problems storing bottles of different sizes. Gave it 4 stars because there is a sticker on the door I still haven't been able to get completely off. Noise level is not bad at all.
