Returned, and made the mistake of ordering again... box again beat up. Loose items inside the c scratch the inside plast of the cooler. Will need to purchase my cooler somewhere else.

Less than 5 months and needs service

I don’t know if the damage was related with now I’m having an issue. The unit was great but in less than 5 months it needs its first service. The top won’t cool down to the set temperature of 40 degrees. The coolest it gets is 47 degrees but when you open the door it goes up to 49 and only gets as cool as 47. It used to stay at 40 so I’m not sure why it’s unable to anymore. I’m glad I got the protection because this is too heavy to ship and I would just have to live with it.

Either the website is wrong on the dimensions but they keep delivering a unit 5 inches taller than listed in the specs on the website.

Great wine refrigerator

Beware that you will have to return this to the store yourself if there is an issue. Other than that, it looks nice and is adjustable in height, so it looks great under the counter.
