Damaged upon delivery

It was delivered in a water damaged packaging. They were numerous dents and scratches. I refused delivery and awaited for a replacement. After a few weeks I was told this item is no longer available and promptly received refund from BB.

It was hot and emitting this putrid smell. Seemed as if it would have caught fire if I didn't notice and unplug it in time.

Failed Refrigerator

It lasted 1 year before the temperature control system failed. I have been in contact with NewAir for 8 months to buy a new temperature control component to replace the one in our unit but the company still does not have them in stock. We have had to buy another refrigerator for our wine.

Maximum cooling is 45° on top and 54° on the bottom. Should be the opposite as you might want to put a couple of bottles of sparkling wine on the bottom shelf. Shelves are a bit flimsy, but not an issue.

Didn’t Work

Had to pack it all back up and return it. Very inconvenient. Ordered a different brand from a different seller. Didn’t want a replacement that might be refurbished.

New Air 28 Bottle defective upon arrival
