This is a quality dual zone wine fridge. I bought this to replace an old wine fridge, and I couldn’t be happier. The dual zone is what I wanted, and 28 bottle capacity is just perfect for my needs. It is very well made, easy to set up, keeps an accurate temperature, a great value , and looks great.I would definitely recommend this wine fridge.

Love it so far , came with no dents or scratches unlike the first one l received ,the replacement has kept my wines nice cool and chilled no complaints so far.

This dual zone wine fridge works amazing. You are able to keep whites and reds at different temperatures.

After 4 months of use, this unit had completely stopped working. We contacted NewAir for a replacement and told us they could send us a unit if we wrote a positive review on their website. Keep in mind that it has only been 4 months and we are still entitled to the 1-year warranty. Once posted, as a joke it seems, they sent us a refurbished broken and dented unit. We contacted them and they are no longer responding to our emails, technically ignoring us. So, we are hoping Best Buy can work with to allow us to get this returned or exchanged for a working new unit. I would not recommend this company as they treat their customers like crap.

Lasted 1.5 years. F2 code, touchscreen unresponsive. Out of warranty. Not worth it. Was a replacement ...for another newair

This is a nice wine fridge, looks sleek and has two temperature zones. However, I wouldn't say it holds 28 bottles unfortunately. Tall bottles like Rieslings or Sauvignon Blanc and wide bottles like Pinot Noir will be troublesome. You'll be able to find some room to fit them, but the fridge can only hold a few of these types, which is disappointing considering the price and it's advertised to hold 28 bottles.

This is a beautiful dual-zone wine fridge that is so easy to use! Be aware that the lighted display is very bright blue at night, so consider that with where you place the fridge. I can't believe how many bottles it holds in a small space, but this has been a great replacement for a former wine fridge that was no longer working. Very happy with our purchase!

We are very pleased with this wine cooler. Since we have the larger white wine bottles, we can only fit about 20 bottles in but we knew that when we ordered it. This cooler looks classy and does a good job maintaining the correct temps. Plus it is quiet.

No way can I fit 28 bottles of wine in this cooler. One brand of wine will not allow me to close the door, cooler is too short for longer bottles. It will not fit a fatter bottle in it either. Temperatures are good and cooler looks nice, I am not happy with advertised capacity.

This is a very nice looking wine fridge..looks great with the blue light on but can also be turned off if you choose. It's VERY quiet and seems to be working well. It's only been plugged in since Christmas but no concerns yet. Don't like the fact that you can not pull the shelves out further than a inch or two without supporting them...they will fall otherwise. Not a great feature but would still buy again.

This little wine fridge has an excellent two zone range, perfect for keeping my whites ready to drink, and long-term storage for my collectable reds. I was looking for a compact solution so I will have an easy selection in our bar area and not have to go to the main cellar, and this perfectly fit the bill.

We've only had the wine cooler for a couple of weeks, but so it has been excellent. We managed to fill it with 26 bottles. Temperatures hold steady top and bottom. I don't find it noisy at all.

Actually surprised by this little wine cooler. Perfect size for a small wine collection; and the dual cooling works WAY better than I expected. Very pleased!

Set two separate temperature for upper and lower sections 56 and 48 degrees; works well for the last 2 years, but it stopped cooling, temperature cannot go lower than 70 and 66 degrees

Absolutely incredible so far. Got on a really good sale so it was cheaper than most dual zone of similar capacity. The temperature stays at a constant, and the best part is we haven't heard it kick on once. Couldn't recommend more.

I bought this for my son and so far HE likes this as it looks better with the kitchen stainless and is dual and bigger than his older one.

Might be a little early to tell… But very easy to operate assemble etc. Like that there are two zones. To figure out how this fits 24 bottles though. Took a little time to figure out which temperature control controlled the top and which control the bottom. Fantastic value for this unit.
