    Picked the Newair water dispenser after carefully researching. I can say, I'm not disappointed, the dispenser is beautiful and water loading is very easy. Only thing I wish is that the water came out colder, and that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

    There is a known issue with the WAT40’s water pump. Our WAT40 only lasted 4.5 months. When I called NewAir, they said it was a known issue and they’d take care of it. However, when they sent the follow up email, I was required to pay $52.00 in shipping cost! For THEIR ERROR. That they KNEW about. I called to make sure I was reading the email correctly. I was. Do yourself a favor and save some money, don’t buy the WAT40 (or anything for NewAir).
