The water is so nice and cold haven't tried the hot water yet but I look forward to hot tea quicker in the winter. it isn't bulky and fits in a small area out of the way. I like the ability to turn off the cooling or heating systems when they are not needed. There is no leaking as meantioned in previous reviews. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the noise that is will make when cooling the water tank.

Need tweaking

Not what I expected

Water dispenser slow

Waste of money

Tried to return it but was told to call manufacturer. They said they were going to call me back after they research on why it was defective but they never had the courtesy to call back.
