Disappointing reconditioning standards

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product arrived with poor packaging and had various small dents that appear to have been overlooked during their refurbishing process. The lower grill had a larger dent that was able to be minimized by pulling it out. The door wasn't aligned properly and there doesn't seem to be any adjustment capability within the original mounting points.

Apparently BestBuy thinks refurbished means shipping out products that look like someone beat them with a bat. I had two different items show up in horrible condition, one even had the door off it. Now they don't want to refund me the money and won't take back the item because they sent a replacement. The replacement was as bad as the original
