Terrible Product and Even Worse Customer Service!

I recently purchased the NewAir - Spectrum 126-Can Freestanding Beverage Cooler with HexaColor Pattern in Black from Best Buy, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the moment it arrived.
First off, the glass was shattered right out of the box, rendering the fridge completely unusable. I immediately contacted Best Buy's customer service, expecting a swift resolution for such a glaring issue. However, what I received instead was the worst customer service experience imaginable.
They flat-out refused to replace the damaged product or offer any form of assistance to fix it. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me with a broken fridge and no solutions.
A product that arrives in such a state should be replaced without question, but Best Buy’s refusal to stand behind the products they sell is both shocking and disappointing.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product and retailer at all costs. They clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of the products they deliver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a great fridge! Its very stylish, keeps things cold! (Sometimes it gets so cold, the cans get almost frosty imo, which is great!) The customization features are great, and the overall design is PERFECT for a gamer room, man cave, etc it adds an additional cool factor to any room it is in!
If you know the does and donts of products like this, youll loooove this fridge!
On a sidenote, anyone reviewing with 1 star due to receiving it broken should be contacting best buy to replace it, not writing trashing reviews. Its not the newair's fault some Best Buy employees do not always handle products with care or consideration.
