I like that th eproduct comes with everything you need to get your controllers set up for the charging dock. Rather than having to purchase separate rechargeable battery packs.

Love that it comes with the batteries to put into the controllers! I do wish they made one with more chargers for more controllers but overall love this product.

The base is a big tight to put the controller into, but otherwise it works well. The batteries are long lasting.

The charging system works perfectly. It charges both of our controllers without any issues and fits perfectly on the entertainment center. It is relatively compact and doesn't take up much space.

Nice to not have to replace batteries all the time! Only complaint is that if you don’t get the controller nested properly (which is easy to mess up) it doesn’t chrge
