    It’s a nice sim rig.

If I was to need a stronger rig it would have to be a custom 8020 aluminum rig. As of now this is an awesome comfortable sim rig. Putting it together took about 2 hours. Don’t tighten all bolts up at first leave them loose so you can go back and make sure it’s all straight and tighten them down. The rig did come with the bolts to mount my CSL DD, V3 pedal and a shifter mount. I also enjoy flight sims, fabricating something to hold the hotas and throttle doesn’t seem like too much of a hassle. Racing for 4-5 hours doesn’t leave me sore as the play seat challenge did. This rig is solid and comfortable and it just works. Cable management is pretty easy. Solid enough for a direct drive wheel. Buttkicker gamer 2 is a nice add on

I’m writing this review 2 years after purchase because at first it was a great product, fairly easy to build if a little confusing at times but if I can do it you definitely can. It would be 5 stars but now 2 years later it has started emitting a terrible chemical smell from the chair itself. This is normally the type of thing that would happen with chairs or mattresses early but with this it took a long time. It’s so unbearable that I had to remove the chair and store it outside because it ended up smelling up the entire room and into the rest of the house. It’s very unfortunate because I love the cockpit itself but luckily you can buy chairs separately and mount them to the chassis itself.

50/50 on it. Assembling took far longer than it should have as the package arrived incredibly damaged with the screws all over the place and not in the blister pack - but thats on BESTBUY not NEXT LEVEL RACING. Relatively solid however using a high torque Fanatec Wheel it creeks alot. Anything greater than a 5NM DD Wheel will probably the same results. It's more a set it and forget than enjoy that position even though it does have adjustability. That being said even spending hours in the set up it's not uncomfortable considering the overall thinness. Absolutely a must on the coasters to help it move around. For the price? Another win for a sim chair under $500.

Works well. It can be a bit tedious to make fine tuning adjustments but overall I find it quite comfortable. I can sit in it for hours and not get sore. It has lots of spare hardware which is always a bonus. The instructions are a bit vague but you can look up assembly videos on YouTube.

Very happy so far. Very sturdy, very little flex. The product came with additional stabilization kit which could be used for a DD wheel, but i dont have one so no additions were required for me. The packaging was really bulky and heavy, definitely need 2 people to lift, specially if you are going up stairs. Assembly took a few hours. Instructions were straightforward but definitely could be better. The seat was the toughest to attach to rig. Overall, very happy with the final assembly and the racing experience

It's a nice sturdy build. Took some effort to assemble. Not to much flex with my fanatec gt dd pro with load cell brake pedal. Seat is surprisingly comfortable. My issue is my size. I have quite long arms and the steering wheel is to close to me. I'm pretty comfortable with pedal orientation though. I'm almost 5'11'' 280 lbs and it holds my weight fine. Wish adjustability had a little more in it. I just need a few inches distance for my arms. A further tilt up in the steering wheel or 5 inches more in seat moving back would have been fantastic. More for average build person.

I will recommend Next Level Racing products to anyone! I had issues woth assembling this rig due to missing parts and a seat that was easily damaged and couldnt use. NLR quickly replaced the missi g oarts for me, but do to my own accord I did not have them replace the seat as i intended to buy one of their upgraded seats anyways. The cockpit is comfortable once you get everything adjusted to the position you like. 3 out 5 stars just due to the fact I was missing pieces....and the instructions were not very clear IMO. Being an Australian based company customwr service may take a couple days to get back to you if necessary.

This product is very well built. one of the strongest rigs I have built. The fit & finish are super. The packaging is also very well done. The only thing I found is the instructions don't show all the thinks that need to be done. Example: they don't say Nut Bolt & Washer. But if you are mechanically inclined you would know this.

Hard to put together for sure, some quality issues especially pertaining to the holes on the seats and lining them up with the brackets. For the handy individual, a minor inconvenience and for the less inclined a potential dealbreaker... especially for 500$. Overall though, pretty comfortable and a step up from your run of the mill desk and office chair setup. Leather is okay quality, think of leather from a economy car's best package

It is indeed a chair and the seat isn't very bad at all comfort wise. What was absolutely terrible was the instructions (or lack thereof). For example, there are washers that are never referenced for use. I used them because I've built stuff before but there was no guidance on what to do. I'm 80% sure the pedal base is a defective part with the lip for the base bent in the wrong direction. It will still be a base. But the lip being reversed means the pedals can slide upward during use if not otherwise secured. As for delivery, it came and all the screws were scattered within the box. I'm not sure if that is Best Buy not telling me it was a resale or Next level quality control. BUT it is exactly what I bought and it is nice to sit in with a lot of potential configuration options.

Even after reading other reviews I was skeptical but it's higher quality than I'd expect. It's not as strong as the slot rail systems but if you get the system bolted and tight enough. Especially with the included braces. It's more than strong enough and hold up to the CSL DD with 8nm of torque no problem. 10/10 recommend. Don't go for the GT-Lite just jump straight to this.
