I bought this from the outlet store and was like wow, this is super cheap and it looks pretty cool. I bought it and i knew i shouldve spent a little more money to get a better system just from opening the box. I had always used Sandisk and have had my last 1GB one for atleast 6 yrs, and it's still working- i just need more space. First complaint is it looked cheap. 2nd, its volume is terrible- i unfortunately like to hear my music at probably a not so safe level, but this wasn't even able to reach a level that was satisfactory for a regular high volume. 3rdly, it came with this wierd (i'd never seen this before) adaptor for the headphones- so you had to put this adaptor thing in in order to plug your headphones in. It was just all around ridiculous. I paid $35 for it, online it said it used to be $75- i'd say you get what you pay for. Pay a little more for something like this.

I would not recommend this MP3 player because it is difficult to use, the directions are complicated and I just don't have the patience for it. I like to listen to my music when I am in bed and don't feel I should have to have the light on so I can see what buttons to push and/or read the instruction book to figure it out. I also don't like that it doesn't start back up where you end as I like to listen to audiobooks and hate to hunt for my place each time I stop. I don't like that you have to push 2 or 3 buttons a number of times to change the volume or advance to a different song. It is very confusing and I wish I had of paid more money and gotten something better.

the MP3 works great, it took a while for me to get used to playing it, i love that it has a speaker, hold plenty of music, has a 7-hour battery, but i has a attachment which you plug your earphones into that you have to plug into the device.
