Not a good product. In shuffle mode it only plays a group of 250 files. The buttons do not respond when pushed. The volume level isn't good. When I contacted customer service the soution was to keep using the player and hope it fixed itself! When it didn't, I got a "oh well - too bad" we don't have any answer e-mail. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service.

This product is quite a mixed bag. I'll start with the positives. This is a 4GB MP3 player for less than $50. Not only that, but it can also play video (although you have to convert videos to AVI before putting them on the device.) It has a pretty decent color LCD screen as well. The player also seems relatively durable and is not large or clunky. Now for the bad news. The headphone jack is a 2.5" jack, so if you want to use headphones other than the ones that come with it, you're probably going to need to get an adapter. It also does not automatically resume where you left off when you power it off; for me, this is very annoying since I listen to a lot of podcasts and audio books and it is a pain to have to fast forward to wherever I left off. The screen never actually turns completely off while the player is in use, and I could not find a menu setting to change this. The battery seems to drain fairly quickly and I suspect that this is a contributing factor. The overall UI is poorly designed and basic operation of the player is not particularly user friendly. I don't think that, typically, you should have to read through a manual to figure out how to turn an MP3 player on. All in all, this isn't a bad product for $35, especially if you need the 4GB of space at a low price. Anyone who is not operating on a budget or who is willing to live with 1GB of space should probably look for a more user friendly product though.

This is a very unfriendly device to work with and learn. I never did get it to work right. I will be returning this and hope its just a defect in this particular mp3.

this product is total garbage and i tell you dont buy it.

The product I purchased did not work and when I try to contact manufactures' technical support. I got a no reply.

Computer was unable to identify MP3. Tried also with windows 7 and nothing. Sent back for full refund.

when you put the ear phones on it sounds bad! echo's. cant hear music clearly

The best mp3 I have ever had I think this should be in every single store of the worl because this is the best its cheap its good what else do you need? The best What else do I need to say HMMM its has 4gbs thats awsome for the price it has buy it and you will see its the best you ever had not kidding .

when i go walking i take my i-phone it has been great for me.
