It does not. That’s what I was wanting to use. So had to go on Amazon and order it for an additional 20 dollars. Poor advertising on Best Buy’s part.

I am sorry you had this experience. Our Dash Cams now include a permanent option in the box, the adhesive plate instead of the suction cup. This plate provides reliable stability for the Camera to operate.
