One of the most realistic hockey games to date. Unfortunately I have some audio issues with the commetary and there's no hats for a hat trick. Other than that I have no complaints.

I hadn’t bought a sports game in over a decade and found the mechanics pretty solid. It can be challenging at higher difficulty but is fun to play. The graphics look amazing. I got it for $19.99. I’m happy with my purchase.

I felt like I was really on the ice when playing this game. It’s so amazing how much fun this is! I am teaching my son the basics of hockey.

Aside from the usual bugs in the NHL EA series.... It's fun to play with friends online, as always. However, this year around there happens to be an HDR bug for PS4 and PS5. Just disable HDR and you will be fine.

After being disappointed by the previous NHL releases for the past few years I did not buy this game expecting much. However, this game is much better than at least the previous 8 or 9 entries. I liked the improved graphics, and gameplay. This entry is less of an arcade feel and more a sports sim feel, which I prefer. Go online and look up the right sliders and you can have a good challenge on Franchise mode.

NHL 22 literally pulled you in the stick controls is perfect . Playing my first game I felt like I was on the ice . The game is intense and keeps you playing for hours. No video dead time in this game you start a game and your on the ice no meaningless filler screens or videos. Well worth the $14.00 I payed when I bought it for Christmas.
