Worst experience ever, bought a game for my son for Christmas and it turned out to being not compatible and they did not care or try to help or make a resolution so my son will have a terrible Christmas I’m sure, seeing this is the main thing he wanted. Best Buy really dropped the ball and we will not be buying anymore games from them again.
