While the overall story isn't as good as the first in my opinion, neither being particularly rich in story line, this game continues the charm of the first and introduces new mechanics that make the game feel more involved. Overall if you enjoyed the first, this will be more of the same and I'd highly recommend to anyone who hasn't played the first to try this out anyway. It's easily accessible and charming to boot.

NNK2 has something for everyone: an epic journey, travellers from other dimensions, kingdom building, side quests, army to army combat, dragon slaying, and more. It can be a bit uneven, and the plot doesn't break any ground, but it can be incredibly creative in other ways (visually, world building). In the end, it's a satisfying journey and should have something that appeals to almost everyone.

Played the first one and even tho they made some changes I still really enjoyed this game.

I put off playing the first game for a very long time but figured that I would give the second one a chance. I started this game expecting for it not to live up to my expectations, but ended up really enjoying it! The main story is excellent and even the sidequests really feel well thought out. I eventually got around to playing the original game and I think that I actually enjoyed the sequel more!
