I bought this for my grandson’s birthday and he absolutely loves it. He is a true gamer and I was worried he’d think it was a little immature but he never puts it down

The code said it was already used when I tried to download the game as this is just a download code. Hoping Best Buy returns my money and doesn’t give me a hard time getting my money back since they shipped me a defective product.
