    The equipment is of high quality and very easy to install. The daytime video is excellent and very sharp. The night time video is pretty good, considering this is my first system and I have nothing to compare it to. Overall, I'm very pleased. I'm still working on the email alerts, just need to set it up. I was hoping for text alerts, but I must have missed that in the description. I think this will add a bit of sense of security.

      Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to review this product and i am very happy you are enjoying the benefits it offers. This system does have remote viewing capability. All you need to do is download Night Owl's HD application to your smart device (which is FREE) and you can configure motion activated push notifications which are very similar to text messages.
