    The cameras are ok with quality and they are easy enough to install. My biggest complaint for this is that it advertises Audio and Video with 2-way audio being one of the biggest draws to it. Well either I’m completely incompetent or the audio is not an actual feature built in. The only place I was able to get an audio feed was to the monitor in the closet with the box. And the apps are terrible you have about 246 apps for one product, granted the sell different cameras, but come on “NightOwl HD, NightOwl Supreme, NightOwl The App.” They are all too confusing. It’s not explained if there is any real difference though in between the apps or not. Barring the rest of that for a security camera system the setup isn’t too bad apps aside, and the streaming feature is pretty neat for when you’re not home. Another thing I dislike is the light control as well the cameras have an auto light that activated and if you have one on the inside idk why it always activates and it doesn’t give much control to turn it off. Good/bad rant over.

    So far so good. Cameras are very sensitive, but the sensitivity is adjustable. I just have not had time to adjust it yet.

    Waited a month before installing only to have the cameras glitched from the start and DVR gave out literally a month after installing. Got Geek squad but first I have to go through manufacturer warranty and that’s a joke! Have to wait wait on approval of getting a new DVR opposed to them “fixing” the defective one before they can replace, if at all, the defective cameras.

    Gosting! where did they go?

    Its ok for baby monitor but lacks adult options. Pros,price,ok night vision.CONSvery basic unit-frame freeze,people become gost, glitchy "4K" image no buttons on DVR. mouse takes long to do things, no audio. .cant read a plates ,very wide view and no 485 PTZ camera port on this 4k like 1080p model if I had known ugh . Used for 24 hrs its up for sale.
