I purchased the Night Owl security system as the salesperson at Best Bur assured me that it could be backed up to the 'Cloud'. Nope, it can't be! I called the Night Owl people and they said it has no cloud storage capability, which is the feature I wanted most of all. Dang. But the video quality is excellent, so that is a plus. And reasonably easy to install.

Bought the Night Owl security system for added protection. Was very easy to install and love that you can access from smartphone and check the cameras. Was well worth the money. Great clarity and color makes it very easy to see activity. Night Owl support team has always been very friendly and helpful with any questions.

Works flawlessly. NightOwl tech support is awesome as well. Easy setup and app works as it should. Do recommend a strong home network connection. Brings many cameras. Very happy with purchase!

Night Owl DVR was easy to install. Video quality was very good for the cost of the unit. Cameras look and feel a bit cheap, but they do the job. Keep in mind that they only come with 60' cables, you may need extensions for your home.

I had a Swann system that was about 8 years old that wasn't 1080 HD. I wanted to also update with alerts and get a larger memory on the DVR. My real desire was a wireless unit even though I had already pulled wire long ago. The wireless just aren't there yet in my opinion for what we wanted. So we went with this unit. Simple to install (I did replace with new wire) and simple to connect the devices (running on PC, two tablets, three iPhones). If I can do this in 3 hours (detached garage required 100' cables) then anyone can install. Picture is great, motion alerts are great, as well as other features.

This was the perfect solution to ease the worries at the venue where it was installed. With the easy to follow directions I was able to install in an afternoon.

I've had a night owl system for a few years now. I just recently upgraded to the HD model. The system is great if your away from home. We have already caught several children vandalizing our porch and yard while we were away. Any movement the cameras pick up can be sent as an alert to your cell phone, its a great feature. My husband had no problem at all setting up the cameras. The tech support is fantastic! I cant say enough good things about them. I give them a 10+

This system was set up at a rural second home, where power outages & flickers are common. The set up was easy and both the night & day video has been clear. The battery backup worked through the first outage. All in all a good value.

We decided to get a security camera system since some hoodlums in our neighborhood decided they were going to write on our political sign and blank out the numbers on our mailbox. They haven't been back yet, but we have used the play back to see which dog went potty in the house. Great picture quality and I love the fact I can be away at work and view the cameras from my phone. It was easy to install the app and system as well. The only problem I ran into is hat I had to go buy one BNC extender set because one camera was just too far from our DVR point.

It's awesome but it's motion sensor is very sensitive.

Purchased for a business. Install was pretty easy, one small hiccup but resolved fast. So far no issues, picture quality looks great.

As of now i'm very please with my system. The system is very simple to install and easy to manipulate the screens for viewing.
