    This is one of the best home security systems hands down that I have ever owned.it does what it's supposed to do and then some.crystal clear video make's you feel good knowing you'll all ways have video footage if any thing goes bad while your home or away with remote viewing.

    This is a complicated system. I had the geek squad install mine. The company is very good at helping you with there product over the phone. Once you have it installed and setup it doesn't require any effort. I like that I can keep tabs of my property on my phone. They have a free app you download to be alerted of people entering the zones where you have protection.

      Thank you for the review. Have you tried adjusting the camera's settings within the DVR menu? If not, please try this to see if it gets rid of the grain. How far are the cameras installed from the DVR? Sometimes power issues can lead to a grainy image. If they are within the recommended 60 ft range, this is likely not the issue.     Am able to view it anywhere and so clearly on phone and computer. was very easy to set up. hardest part is connecting to first device but only the first time. after its all set up it connects to any device easily

    Out of the box, seems great! However the app is not what I think of user friendly. Also the system itself two of the cameras had issues with the IRS. I was able to reset it but very troublesome. I think the unit would be fine with tech savvy folks! That's not me!

    The only difficulty with this system is that is is wired which makes it a little less desirable aesthetically, but it works wonderfully and I love the phone live stream and motion detection features

    Simple plug and play. Make sure you know your physical IP address and not your local network. Sometimes it is a pain to see your cameras over the net, if you don't have the right IP.
