    I had high hopes for this system and I got a good deal on this. Wasted money!!! you can barely see 10 feet with the IR night vision or you have to leave a light on outside so you can see. Day quality is good. User interface for the DVR is lacking and the app seems to all ways have issues or not detect the DVR which equals no remote viewing. Would return it but I bought it on Black Friday and waited for it to get warm to install and now I have surpassed the return window so now I'm stuck with a junk system

These cameras provide up to 100 ft. of Night Vision, so not sure why you are only receiving 10. Additionally, we are not experiencing any issues with our remote viewing apps.     I had these professionally installed and everything works find -up until one day- one of the camera won't get off night vision mode- so, in the mornings or daylight, you can't see anything the whole screen is white, but, at night everything is fine -called nightowl tech. support waited an hour for somebody to take my call, gave personal information including cell phone number and while explaining the problem - we got cut off and I anticipated a call back but, NO- very mad and he was telling us to unplug the power wire and plug it back and we told them we already did that to no avail- we even rebooted the whole system-needless to say, I personally took all the cameras out and returned them - and bought a different brand with a way better customer service and after sale call back. night owl sucks!

    Not working on arrival. Have to return. I have already received 2 harrassing emails from manufacturer to hurry up and get my receipt and non-functional equipment sent in and it's been less than a week since notifying them that after I installed all of my cameras, that the DVR will not connect to the internet. I install fiber-optic cable TV and internet for a living and the technical support was sub par.

    Got it for about 2 years now, the DVR network port broke so no more live feed over the internet, and one of the camera died. The app is very irresponsive and they don't even have a cheap replacement DVR for sale.
