    We love our 8 camera system. Recently had to file a police report and while the offers were at the house taking our report, they pointed out how good the video was.

    System works as expected. However, one camera that views some plants and lawn has an annoying purplish color. The FAQs says that it is due to the chlorophyll in the plants and is normal for these types of surveillance cameras.

    In my experience the Night owl cameras have been easy to configure for remote access, easy to install and provide good quality image both during day and night.

    Nice package of cameras, DVR, wiring,and remote. Decent instructions. The only drawback do far is the software for remote viewing. It leaves a lot to be desired. On-site viewing on monitor work great but trying to access notifications from internet doesn't always work. If you aren't planning on using it for off-site monitoring it is a nice system.
