Most people are pushing to go for the wireless camera setup but I really do not want them to be interfering with my wifi bandwidth and i really like the reliability of a wired setup with a DVR. As I sit and write this review I view my cameras from my desk while snow is dumping from the sky on them. These cameras do not quit in bad weather and the app is great. I dont have to pay for a yearly or monthly subscription. If you are on the fence about these, just do it.

I have set this camera around my house and its working great... I am very confident about the safety. I also bought another piece and sent it to parents.

Bought this after a round of thefts in my neighborhood. Took about two hours to install and run all of the wiring. I have already caught a theft on these cameras and was able to turn the licence plate of the driver over to the police. Just last weekend I installed the same system in my neighbors home.

Cameras provide high quality video. Good night vision. Remote viewing works well with broadband. Have second setup at remote site using DSL, 700 mbps up & lag, but get what I need. Worked fine in unheated Minnesota building over winter.

The video system works great but the software does not work well. Sometimes the notification or live viewing does not work.

Works really great and picture looks good on the 1080p version. Really happy i bought the camera system and easy to install with a little help of a friend:)

Works well for it's price range. Controls a little kludgy but not bad, I've seen far worse. Remote viewing via phone app works surprisingly well.

I love, love, love my new Night Owl Cameras. The quality of the picture is outstanding. The Geek Squad did a great job of aligning them so that I can see the whole field that I wanted covered. The night vision looks almost like daytime.

First time installing a video camera system and it went smoothly. Adjusted all cameras and i am very satisfied with the picture quality.

Have mixed feelings about this one, cameras work great but wires go out very easily ive already replaced 3. And system goes down alot.

Yes, it's wired, but it's cheap and it works compared to the wireless ones that you have to pay monthly fees for. By the way, my old receiver of a different brand died...this hooked right into my old cameras and cables with no issues!

Works well. Easy to set up. Easy program on your phone to set up. Good clarity overall nice set up security cameras

I’m really enjoying the system,. Just installed it last night so I’m still figuring everything out. 1080 Resolution makes a big difference. It very clear and shows in color in the day and b/w when night vision is on.

Easy to set up, video quality is good even at night time. Dont have to pay monthly fee like Ring. Highly recommended.

Hardware works great, software has issues. Wish it had antiglare lenses and microphone.

Bought a four pack for my moms house very easy set up. I hooked it up to her phone and tablets so she can view it when shes not home. I just bought an 8 pack for my gmas also.

Really like the cameras but having a difficult time getting it programmed

These were hands down the best cameras I've installed. Night owl brand I would recommend to anyone if you're looking for a security system

These cameras work great! Work in all weather forms. Storage is large enough for home use and also the picture quality is perfect for home use. Night vision is 7/10
