Should I never need this I'm sure it will come in handy. I'm quite techy though - so chances are I won't. HA HA. It is nice BBY add's into this bundle though - great value add on.

I needed a good service my all my computers. I love this package because it covers multiple devices. I have taken my computers in and they fix them quickly and I have also used the online service and that has been great as well. I have yet to run across anything they could not help me with.

Is it not always the case that the instructions do not match the software installation and setup reality? This time the printed directions led me into the ditch. I called and got a really smart and friendly guy at BB support who made everything good again. First class service.

This came with my router, there wasn't an option to not have this included. I work in IT and do my own setup so this wasn't something I was interested in. Because there was no options to not have this included, I ended up giving the router 4 instead of 5 stars. Maybe if you're not all that familiar with setting up home routers, this would be helpful but it should be an optional thing and the price should reflect that.

Though I had to wait hours for a call back...they were very helpful once I talked to a real person!

Geek Squad member we spoke with on the phone made set up a breeze and was super friendly. Helped stop the revolt in our household form Xbox Live cutting out. All family members are happy again. Ahhhhhh

The Geek Squad service was included in my purchase of a router. I think they're pretty good.

Although I haven't needed it to this point, it was nice to have the service there in the event that it is required. The router is working extremely well and it was very easy to set up and get working.

Had issues with my Nighthawk (more like user problems, not product problems!) Geek Squad walked me through the problems I was having and got me back up and running.

Geek squad folks are great when I call them. Even though product they were trouble-shooting did not end up working. The Geek Squad is a fabulous service and very friendly.

I did not know anything related to setup but the tech help stayed with me until we were setup and my husband could watch his favorite Netflex series. Thanks a bunch.

the tech was very knowledgeable and help me tremendously with the issue I had, and I was able to get a replacement router under warranty. thanks for the great help.

Geek Squad support came with the router I purchased. Had one quick question while setting up my new network and it was easy to get ahold of them and get an answer.
