The steel book can I’m perfect condition. Matte finish and great artwork. The film itself is amazing and enjoyed everyone’s performance, especially Bradley Cooper. Would recommend the film and the Steelbook. It’s best to preorder any Steelbook or 4K disc that your interested in because they do sell out fast.

I really enjoyed this movie. Very noir thriller film. It could be slow at times but the ending is worth the wait. And if your a fan of Guillermo Del Torro films, you’ll know what to expect here and the ending. Was surprised that this was getting a Steelbook but I ain’t complaining.

Arrived in a box full of air bubbles to protect steelbook. Got this item Day of release in great condition. A+++

The remake of Nightmare alley is undoubtedly very good and more carried by the hand of Guillermo del Toro, very good performances. It can't be missing from your collection

Excellent movie by Guillermo Del Toro starring Willem Dafoe, Bradley Cooper, Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara, Ron Pearlman and Toni Collette! Its brilliantly made and you'll need a box of tissues for the ending! A must see!

i thought this was very decent, liked the story as well as the characters. also like the plot twist there towards the halfway point there with the main character and the blonde woman

If one had to remake the 1947 noir classic, ya couldn't pick a better choice for director than Guillermo del Toro (no doubt this was a pet, fantasy project). It’s filled with his trademark touches: dark, sinister imagery, foreboding art and set design and authentically creepy characters. Much praise has been heaped upon the all-star leads (and rightly so), but not enough kudos have been given to supporting player David Strathairn. In what was a throwaway part in the original becomes a haunting, mesmerizing performance in the remake. He should have won an Oscar. The steelbook is a stunner, too. The very black visuals are nevertheless immaculately detailed, and the Dolby Atmos audio is showcase quality.

I didn't get a chance to see this in theaters unfortunately. However between the fact that it is a Guillermo del Toro movie and that the Steelbook looked great, I decided to purchase it. This release did not disappoint! The movie is fantastic and looks great in 4K. The Steelbook also looks fantastic in person. My only complaint is that the special features are pretty minimal and it does not include the black and white version of the movie. I still highly recommend it though.

This is not a review of the movie. I'm posting this to complain about Best Buy's handling of their exclusive Steelbooks. The issue is that whoever is opening the shipping cases is using a utility knife. This creates a slice on the spine of the Steelbook, permanently damaging it. It has gotten to the point where, if you want a particular Steelbook, you have to order it online and risk getting a damaged copy. I'd estimate that half of the Steelbooks I've ordered were damaged.

Nightmare Alley is a great film. Del toro is a fantastic director so I knew this movie wouldn't let me down. The steelbook is just awesome. I'm very relieved that I was able to purchase this. I didn't want to have to go on ebay and pay double or triple the price. I'm very happy that I purchased this.

This remake of a 1947 film starring Tyrone power and Joan Blondell is Actually the story of a guy Who is seeking a living after an unfortunate and Ambiguous past. He leaves a burning house and an unidentified corpse And sets off to seek his fortune with a traveling carnival in New York.

Great remake of the noir Classic in an incredible looking steelbook. It contains 4k and blu ray versions of the film. Highly recommended for Guillermo Del Toro's fans or Noir enthusiasts.

Great film from director Guillermo del Toro. If you are unfamiliar with the story, I really do recommend going into this film with no prior knowledge. It makes a much more intense viewing!

Nightmare Alley was the underdog at the Oscars. Cooper turns in a great performance with a great supporting cast. Always excited about whatever Guillermo Del Toro comes up with.

I took a chance of ordering this steelbook online. I’m glad that shipping used a box with bubbble to protect the product. No dents or damages. 5 stars for that for sure.

Beautiful noir made by a modern genius. Picture is gorgeous from the shadows to the textures on costumes. Only wish it contained the black and white version as well

The steelbook design (while not busy in terms of artwork) fits the movie perfectly, and I will definitely check this out on 4K. It was in great condition too.
