I purchased the dvd box set online for pick up at the store. They gave me a used copy, not a brand new one. I contacted customer service, but the store manager never called me back.

The product is great, love it, it’s my favorite, arrived quickly, and it arrived in good condition.

If your a fan of freddy movies you'll appreciate the increase in video quality, the details on his face are pretty gross in hd lol, but i think that adds to the excitement. Definitely not the way i originally saw them years ago, and its scarier when your watching from your own home and even more so alone. Get the collection its a good deal for this many of his movies.

Not a bad collection but the audio is frustrating. The normal and talking parts of the movies are so hard to hear but the "scary" parts are disproportionately loud. So often you may turn up the tv to hear the characters then get blasted later. It means you basicaly have to constantly adjust the volume when you think they're in the dream world, which takes away from the experince. Also my order arrived late, which seems to be an increasingly frequent issue with best buy. Making me reconsider other retailers.

Bought this before Halloween, couldn't decide on the DVD or the bluray, but the DVD looks just fine and saved me some money while coming with an extra movie.

Great collection of creepy films. Favorite is Dream Warriors. Freddy is a burned up weirdo. Terrifyingly fun set. Recommend it highly!
