Good starter band

She tried running w/both but got tired of wearing 2 different bands. i recommend the band for anyone starting to take interest in fitness but not for the more experienced.

Not only does it track your activity, but it motivates to do better the next day. The only negative thing I can say is that its addictive!

Great watch and reminder tool

I'm encouraged by wearing it and I love that it keeps data that I can look at daily, weekly, monthly and annually. I do not like how it's not consistent with counting the steps I take.

Pretty Good Tracker for Simple Tasks

Other than that, I would not recommend it because it lacks a lot of other features that other trackers on the market come with.

Easy to use

He is a hockey player and has created "sessions" to track his dryland workouts. Now he wants me to get one so we can compare steps and sessions each day!
