Nice camera for a beginning 8 year old

Rugged camera. My daughter quickly found all of the filters an other fun stuff. Movie playback is a bit hard to find and the dound playback isn't great. Weve yet to see how the actual recording playsback on another device like tv or computer. We purchased at best buy because of price and free item of $20 Shutterfly credit but have yet to receive access to it.

Cam works great for our Kayaking trips, I created a floatation device so we don't lose it if it gets dropped, pics turned out great
