The Nikon Coolpix W300 is perfect for everyday or vacation use. It takes great portrait, scenic, and underwater snorkeling photos. It can be shoved into a pocket or suitcase with no fear of damage. There are many available variations and editing functions.

Waterproof, shockproof, Wi-Fi enabled, Sufficient zoom, and 4k video capable. Great overall camera. Has many professional grade photo features but keeps it simple, so a novice can understand. Picture quality is excellent. I also love the sync feature, via a app, that allows you the download you pictures from the camera whether it's on or not. Great feature. It's a little pricey but it was well worth it. If you need a camera for an adventurous vacation, that includes water and sand, I would highly recommend this camera.

Takes great quality pictures. Is waterproof and light enough to carry around. I can't wait to take it on our honeymoon.

the camera makes good pics and good videos and you can edit them right in the camera. I find it hard to get into the WIFI but I'm not good at computers and new technologies.

This is a nice camera. It does what I needed it to do which was shoot in wet environments and on dives. I have several dSLRs which shoot faster and produce larger images, but this one is perfect for vacationing and carrying with you all day in multiple environments. It's pretty easy to learn and the operation makes sense. I do wish it had a raw file capability but it only shoots jpeg images--not a deal breaker for its intended use.

Camera is easy to use with plenty of extras. Portable. lightweight point and shoot. Excellent camera for the money.

I got the camera to have something to use under water while diving and also just walking around. It takes great photos and videos under water. I went diving and I’m not sure what the max depth was but I chanced it at 40ft down and it worked excellently. Totally recommended for a non professional water enthusiast.

I have go pro and this one work 85% better then the go pro more compat better price qnd better for easy use

My husband love to record but his cell phone although adequate is not as good as this camera...i recently recorded a concert using camera and picture and sound was so clear once i transferred video to laptop, I was pleasantly surprised so if you're a novice this is the camera for you. My husband loves the waterproof feature too and uses it in the pool when swimming,

It does take a while to figure out all the bells and whistles with this camera. I do like it and because it is waterproof, I can use it in the rain. I like the bright color.

We use these cameras for jobsite pictures. The camera has a GPS feature that displays the coordinates where the picture was taken. It is embedded in the properties and can’t be changed. This feature guarantees to the Owners that the pictures are actual pics of that specific location and can’t be doctored. Light, affordable and user friendly

The camera is very nice, and I love that it comes in red. Takes great pictures, although you do have to be careful with your fingers not being in the way of the lens. It's very light, so that is a plus. Have not tried it out in the water, but there will come a time when that may happen.

I bought it last year before our diving at Cozumel, it was amazing at the first time we use, I loved all my videos and pictures

Bought this for my wife as an upgrade to her iphone camera and she loves it. Image quality is amazing and because of the size and weight she can carry it everywhere. Though we haven't tested the ruggedness of it directly it's got a good sturdy feel in your hands.

We used this camera in the ocean, so we rinsed it every day with clean tap water to rinse away the salt. The access door lock is excellent and the access to battery and charging is very easy. The picture quality is great and it's easy to see your pictures on the LCD screen.

My main complaint is that I bought the camera to use underwater and the screen didn't show the target clearly. Another thing is that the picture taking was often delayed after pressing the shutter button. It did seem to take good photos and was generally easy to use.

Worked great for taking pictures when you're in "wet" areas (boat, snorkeling, etc.) but it is very hard to see the view screen when trying to take pictures while snorkeling but we did still capture some great pictures.

Needed a water proof camera for a project. Looking between this and the similarly priced Olympus. Went with this model because it has a better zoom. The Olympus has a better macro mode. I am also more experienced with Nikon menu system.

I absolutely love my new camera. Excellent quality. Very easy and simple to use. The picture quality is outstanding. If you're looking for a waterproof camera, this is it. You will absolutely love the quality of your pictures.
