Takes weight of a DSLR camera easily. Got it for my Samsung Gear 360 camera. Metal construction not plastic weighty but just right.

Very light and rigid, supports a medium dslr, without lying down, ideal for perspectives from the ground

This is a very good quality table top tripod and very good price of $15 from Best Buy. Works very good with my Samsung gear 360.

It really stable but I wish it can extend to longer. One more, if your camera is more heavy, you have to low all the way down.

I originally purchased a flexible joby gorilla stand but it was so unstable I traded it for this Nikon one. Much better!

I have a Gitzo that goes up to nine feet. But you know what? That doesn't count for much when I want to stabilize a camera at ground level. This is a nice, small, lightweight tool for just that need. More than decent quality for the price.

This is an excellent tripod for use as a stable base for your camera and it can fit into your pocket. It doesn't raise in height at all. It's great for timer or remote control selfies or group shots. There's no mystery about whether the camera is level like with gorilla pods.

I never liked the little plastic stands that come with flashes. This is much stronger and more adjustable. When I use the Nikon SU800 and SB910, this additional piece of kit makes it all sturdy and adjustable. Worth every penny. Can hold camera in a pinch if needed.

First - It was on sale Second - It is made by Nikon so you know it has a reputable company behind it. Third - It's light weight I use it for my portable mini projector and it is so easy to use.

Great tripod but I was hoping it can steady a big DSLR. I realize it was designed for it but I tried. :)

Even though this tripod is made for a camera/videocamera, I bought it for my projector and it holds up great

This mini tripod is solid as it is entirely made of metal with rubber feet and mount where it screws onto your camera. Standard 1/4" so it fits any camera tripod hole. It does NOT extend at all.

great tripod for small cameras and hand helds. Sturdy metal parts that will be durable and withstand whatever you put it through it was also 11 or 12 bucks when i picked it up so it was a great buy

Its heavier than most but that's what i was looking for. Feels solid. Made of aluminum and steel. I was able to screw my 48" selfie stick on it with no problem with the 1/4-20 screw. Also acts as a handle when closed.

Anything with the name Nikon attached to it is always good quality and this is exactly that. And Good Quality product

Niece loves it using it with her nikon cool pix camera ...so she wont have to hold her camera taking pictures
