Broke In Six Days

Simply put, this product is garbage. Purchased on 11/6 and broke six days later. Was plugged into my MacBook Air and the Apple 30W charger that came with the MBA. One day I noticed the laptop was plugged in, but not charging. Upon investigation, one end of the cable would freely move in and out of MBA USB C port. No connection, just loose. Returned to BB within the 15 day period. For $25, I expected way better quality. Bought Apple 3 meter cable to replace.

The cable felt nice and very flexible. When I opened the box, however, it came out of the box looking used with discoloration and the exterior of the cord coming out of one of the plugs.

When I used it, it charged very fast and had a stable connection. Then after about a month of use, the plastic part near the end with the logo on it snapped. Didn’t affect the use but over time will definitely have issues.

I have a Note24 after two or three days i started getting inconsistent connection while charging. Ive since gone back to my favtory charger with no issues. Most likely wont be buying again.

Phone slipped from nightstand causing the charger to pull out of the charging box, plugged back in and only works at a very meticulous position, had to toss it.
